Terms & Conditions
These terms cover visits, accounts, and purchases on mackenziechildsca.shop. By opening a page, creating a login, placing an order, or sending a message, you agree to follow this page and the related shipping, return, and privacy notes. If you do not agree, please leave the site and do not place an order. The shop is meant for people who are at least eighteen and who can make a binding purchase.
An order is a contract for the goods listed in your cart at the prices shown at the moment you pay, together with free shipping on every order. Handmade ceramics, painted wood, and similar pieces can vary in colour, brushwork, and small studio marks. Those differences are part of the work. Availability follows the stock note on each product page. If a line cannot be fulfilled we may cancel it and refund that line to the original payment method.
Prices on a product page can change until you complete checkout. A promotional price shown in the catalogue is the sale figure displayed at that time and does not lock a future restock. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, that we cannot ship to the address given, or that asks for a quantity we cannot make. You will be told if a cancellation happens and the related charge will be released or refunded.
You may use the site to browse, to buy for yourself or as a gift, and to manage an account. You may not scrape the catalogue in a way that burdens the servers, post harmful code, impersonate staff, or use the product photographs and written descriptions as if they were your own storefront. Content on the pages, including photographs and copy, is provided for shopping on this domain and is not a licence to republish the catalogue elsewhere.
Accounts keep an address so a second order is faster. You are responsible for the password and for activity under the login. Tell us at mackenzie-childs@gmail.com if you think someone else used the account. Guest checkout is available if you prefer not to keep a login. Guest orders still create an operational record because the parcel has to travel and the payment has to be matched.
Product photographs and measurements are offered as a fair picture of the piece. Handmade work can sit slightly differently on a table than a camera suggests. If a piece arrives damaged or is the wrong item, the return page explains how to reach us within fourteen days with the order number and a photograph. Studio variation that matches the style of the line is not treated as a defect.
To the extent the law allows, the shop and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from a delay in a carrier network. Our responsibility for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected line, plus any shipping we collected on that line, which on this shop is none because every order ships free. Some places do not allow certain limits, and in those places the limit is the smallest one the law permits.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to a seller serving customers from 3260 State Route 90, Aurora, NY 13026, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point somewhere else. If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest still applies. A failure to enforce a sentence on one day is not a waiver later. Staff on the phone are not authorised to rewrite this page by voicemail or chat.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date you placed an order is the version that covers that order. Questions about a contract, a cancelled line, or a login can be sent to mackenzie-childs@gmail.com or 800 327 8586. Written mail may go to 3260 State Route 90, Aurora, NY 13026. Please keep your order confirmation; it is the simplest way to identify the goods and the price you were shown.
Nothing on the site is medical, legal, or interior-design advice. Care notes on a product page are practical suggestions for the finish described there. Using a piece outdoors, in a dishwasher, or over open flame when the page says otherwise can damage the work and is outside the purchase bargain. If a description and a photograph seem to disagree, write before you buy so we can confirm the current stock of that finish.
